PUBLIC RELATIONS COMMITTEE
DIRECTOR, PUBLIC RELATIONS
The Director has overall responsibility for planning, organizing, staffing, directing, coordinating, reporting, and budgeting all aspects of the Public Relations Committee and its sub-committees. Also included is verbal and written information-sharing with fellow club members, updating “their” pages and the Calendar on the Sequim Sunrise website, providing quality and timely input for the club bulletin, making arrangements with one of the club photographers for photo coverage of events and projects, and regularly attending the monthly Board of Directors meeting. This Rotary Year's Director, Public Relations is listed on the "Officers & Directors" page of the web site.
"Public Relations" was formerly a part of the Club Service Committee in the Four Avenues of Service, but is now a separate committee under the "New Leadership Plan."

CLUB BULLETIN - The Club Bulletin (Newsletter) is one of the methods the club uses to share information about Rotary, its history, object, and scope and specifically about the club and the club's projects and events with its own members and a few others. Its goal is to stimulate interest and improve attendance, announce the program of the forthcoming meeting, relate highlights of the previous meeting, promote fellowship, contribute to the Rotary education of all members, and report news of the club, of its members, and of the worldwide Rotary program.

CLUB PHOTOGRAPHERS - A loosely organized, ad hoc group of members who own digital cameras, take photos during club meetings and/or service projects, and provide digital photos for the newsletter, web site, and club directory.
